摘 要 指出动力失稳的原因是由于粉煤灰的液化导致抗剪强度的降低;利用Biot固结方程,分析了浙江肖山电厂粉煤灰坝在正常和非正常两种工况下,受7度和8度地震荷载时的液化区域和动力稳定性,认为该灰坝在7度地震作用下是动力稳定的,而在洪水逼近子坝的非正常工况下,承受8度地震荷载时则有可能失稳。

Abstract In this paper,the author analyzes xiao-shan fly-ash dam′s Liquefaction and dynamic stability under two kinds of project and two kinds of earthquake level with the help of D-Biot equation.Finally the author finds that the dam is safe under seven grade,but may be broken under eight grade.
