提　要　以多项科研成果为依据，分析了粉煤灰的工程特性，总结了粉煤灰填筑铁路专用线路堤和修建加筋粉煤灰挡墙的技术措施。并展望在铁路正线建设中应用粉煤灰的可行性、社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract　 Based on some achievements of scientific research ,the engineering characteristics of fly ash is analyzed.And the technological measures of how to construct the embankment and reinforced wall for the private railway line with the fly ash is summarized.The feasibility and the social and economical interest of the utilization of fly ash in the construction of regular lines is prospected at last.
